Return and Refund Policy

At Veil N Vogue Bangladesh, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. As we deal with imported items, please carefully review the following return and refund terms before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Important Requirements:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
- A clear unboxing video (showing the sealed package being opened) is mandatory.
- Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Fashion jewellery (due to hygiene reasons)
- Used, washed, or customer-damaged items
- Change of mind after purchase
- Color variations due to lighting or device display settings
- Minor measurement differences (1–2 cm tolerance)
3. Return Conditions
- The item must be unused and unwashed
- Must be returned in original packaging
- All tags, seals, and accessories must remain intact
- The item must be in resellable condition
4. Refund Policy
- After inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or mobile banking (if applicable).
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed only for defective or incorrect items.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the product is unavailable, a refund may be provided instead.
6. Important Notice
Veil N Vogue Bangladesh reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
